Auction and Shipping Terms

Cars are purchased based on the images displayed on the auction pages, and we are not responsible for any prior accidents if they are discovered later.

The invoice amount must be paid in full upon purchasing the car from the auction, and shipping fees must be paid 7 days before the container's arrival. The customer is liable for any late payment penalties.

The company is not responsible for delays caused by holidays, weather conditions, or changes in the container arrival schedules.

Shipping companies have 3 business days to pick up the vehicles from the auction after the invoice payment date. The customer is responsible for any fines incurred during this period and for storage fines for cars located outside the auction site (SUBLOT LOCATION & OFFSITE).

Occasionally, storage fees ranging from $5 to $50 may apply to cars, with the auction considering Saturdays and Sundays as storage days, during which transport companies cannot pick up vehicles from the auction.

Auction companies are not responsible for the loss of keys or any parts of salvage cars.

Damage to vehicles may occur during transport, loading, and unloading. We will bear the cost of repair or compensate an amount proportional to the damage repair, effective from the time the vehicle is picked up from the auction until it is unloaded from the container. The customer must monitor the vehicle's condition and notify us of any damage within 30 days.

After unloading, the vehicle storage is free for one week, after which a fee of 20 dirhams per day will be applied.

If the customer wishes for us to handle the vehicle repair in the UAE, they must provide a repair deposit amount based on the damage, with a follow-up fee of $300.

Additional shipping fees may apply, please take note of the following:
